How to Prepare and Attempt

  • The laid down standards can be achieved by adoption to daily exercise.
  • Regular outdoor games (best, no other activity for sports person)
  • One hour of physical activity for 1 -2 months:
  • Running 2 -3 km
  • Sits up, push up, skipping, chin-ups
  • On the day of physical test don’t take full meal before test. Have good sleep on prior night.
